The MenuMasters Awards program was founded by both Nation’s Restaurant News and Ventura Foods in 1997, with the inaugural celebration held in May of 1998.

This Nation’s Restaurant News MenuMasters Awards, sponsored by Ventura Foods, is a highly respected competition honoring menu R&D leaders for their personal achievements and contributions to the foodservice industry. Each year, hundreds of talented foodservice menu development executives, past award winners and industry luminaries gather for the MenuMasters Awards Celebration, with the 2024 event being held on May 18th at Morgan MFG event venue in Chicago, Illinois.

    2022 MenuMasters Registration

    Pre-registration for the MenuMasters Celebration is closed as 5:00 p.m. CST on May 20th.
    If you are a restaurant operator* and would like to attend, you can register on-site at The Drake Hotel on Saturday, May 21, beginning at 6:00 p.m. CST. MenuMasters registration desk will be located in the main lobby. You will be asked to show proof of company affiliation via a business card accompanied by a valid form of ID. The MenuMasters Celebration starts at 6:30 p.m. CST.
